**PHOTO BOOTH SERVICE AGREEMENT**
This Photo Booth Service Agreement ("Agreement") is and between:
The Reminisce Booth and whomever books and pays for the deposit of the service.

PAYMENT TERMS
- 50% deposit due when booking, if event is 14
- Balance Due no later than 4/13 12:00pm
Payments can be made via [payment methods]. A receipt will be issued upon request.

### 3. CANCELLATION POLICY
-Full refund of deposit 15 days or more before the event
-Deposit non refundable 14 days before event
-Cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted)

### 4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure access to a standard electrical outlet within 6 feet of booth setup location
- Provide sufficient space for booth setup (at least 10x10)
- Provide protection from weather if outdoors
- Coordinate venue access for setup/takedown

5. LIABILITY
The Reminisce Booth is not liable for:
- Any damage or injury caused by misuse of equipment
-Client is responsible for any damages to equipment caused by guests during the event.
- Failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond control (natural disaster, power outage, etc.)
-Poor quality photos or equipment malfunction resulting from the photo booth or any related components being moved or tampered with by anyone other than a representative of The Reminisce Booth

### 6. PHOTO RIGHTS & USAGE
Client grants The Reminisce Booth permission to use event photos for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.), unless otherwise requested in writing.

### 7. MISCELLANEOUS
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties.
- Modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
